Travel south along the beautiful Turnagain Arm. With one of the highest tides in the world, scenery and wildlife can change very rapidly. Watch for Dall Sheep, Moose, Beavers, Beluga Whales, Bald Eagles, and even the occasional Black Bear. At the Begich Boggs Visitor Center enjoy the 20 minute glacier film, "Voices from the Ice." Also included is the one hour Glacier Cruise to the spectacular Portage Glacier. When returning north to Anchorage, stop at Big Game Wildlife Park to photograph animals unique to Alaska. Travel by bus to Denali National Park where you will spend the night in spacious, well kept accommodations. The next morning board a bus for the 6 to 8 hour Tundra Wildlife tour in search of Bears, Caribou, Wolves, Moose, and other creatures of interior Alaska. View Denali in all of its splendor and marvel at the pristine Alaskan wilderness that makes up the Denali National Park. Travel back to Anchorage that evening. |

Come visit the 580,000 acre Kenai Fjords National Park. Established in 1980, this marvel of nature features huge tidewater glaciers that flow from the Harding Ice Field and calve off into the ocean. The park is home to a variety of marine life and seabirds. Visit Chiswell Islands to look for Steller sea lions, orcas, humpback whales, puffins, and a variety of sea birds.
